Back on Track

After taking one week vacation plus one week of fighting to get back, Today I am back on. Gained 2 #'s. which is not bad considering I had a great vacation and did not count points or kept track of my food intake. I struggled the week I got back, but I am happy to say, TODAY I'm a counting. AND THIS FEELS GREAT!!

Found out that cleaning my house for three hours is worth 17 points??????? WOW!

Swapping activity

I am starting some physical activity , but I dont know how to swap the activity to a specific day that I've had to use some of the weekly points. How do I swap activity for food points for specific days? My settings are set for weekly.

I don't know how to swap activity points either. I am in my 3rd week on WW, still trying to learn A LOT
