Typically this is not something I would like, however the chocolate flavor is by far the best that I have tried. It is interesting because the mix gets thick. I have trouble with the texture so I have to drink it with a straw and it goes down quite easily then. It is best very cold, if you did not read my review of the Vanilla or Peppermint flavor...
I have tried it with water and soymilk; however I like the soymilk best for mixing the drink mix. You can also blend it in the blender with ice. It also came with a recipe book, which contained some interesting recipes that may interest you. When I make them, I will post them as well :0) This is good warmed as Hot Chocolate. I think I like it warm better than cold :0)... But the other recipes look pretty good too...
These are 4 out of 5 stars. I might buy these again because they make it easy to get your milk servings in. If I were to buy them, I would buy them in the three pack with two chocolate boxes and one vanilla box. It is a better deal and you get the vanilla.They are kosher and cost $7.50 for a box with 7 drink mix packets. That is $1.07 each.
One packet is one point. If you mix with water it stays at one point. If you mix with milk or soymilk you need to figure those points into the equation. I like to take 2 packets and a 16 oz bottle of water with me in my cooler/lunchbox when I leave the house. I can easily mix it in the bottle and chug it down and get 2 milk servings in... and I am not a big chocolate lover... but you can do the same thing with the other flavors too. They are handy and easy to transport.
