Good evening, WW Friends! I love coffee, 2 cups of regular in the morning and 1 cup of decaf in the evening. I recently read an article from Hungry Girl about great additions to your coffee and the Nestle's Coffee Mate fat-free and sugar free powder coffee creamers definitely caught my attention since I always add Coffee Mate to my coffee.
I've been using their liquid coffee creamers lately. Some of my favorites include The Original, Fat-Free Cinnamon Vanilla Creme & Honey Vanilla Creme. They are 0 - 1 POINT per 1 Tablespoon. But that does not mean I will never have Powder Creamers ever again. My favorite Coffee Mate powder creamer happens to be Parisan Almond Creme! 1 POINT per 1 tablespoon and it will really add flavor to your coffee for sure!
Now, I do not know if this counts as a dairy serving? Most likely not, but I also tried my with coffee, Nestle's Carnation Original Malted Milk. 3 tablespoons are 2 POINTS and it really adds sweetness to either your coffee or cup of Fat-Free Milk or Vanilla Almondmilk. However, being that it may be too sweet sometimes, I make sure it comes out of either of my 35 POINTS Allowance or any 2 ACTIVITY POINTS that I earned. I also may consider using a packet of Nestle's Hot Cocoa Mix to give my coffee chocolate flavor or even the Weight Watchers Smoothie Mix! I previously did a post on a Vanilla Frappuccino Recipe, which was developed by my current WW Meetings Leader, which I love a lot & you will to.
All right, I think I am going to pass up on a cup of decaf coffee tonight so that I can be sure to get my water intake for the day in. Have a great weekend On Program and Be Blessed, you guys!
