Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Coffee... *shakes fists*

I just read a statistic from Hungry Girl that made me very sad.

I'm debating on whether to ignore it, embrace it, or track it.

Pumpkin coffee has 160 calories per medium cup. With no cream & no sugar.

This makes me :(

This time of year, pumpkin coffee is my treat. About every other day/days I have classes I get one. With just skim milk. Sometimes an equal to sweeten it up. I had a sneaking suspicion that it had stats like that, because of its amazingness. Just like the caramel coffee from McDonald's - delicious, yes. But it's 4 points for a medium!!

So, at least I've found the reason why I'm not losing weight: I've been about 3 points under a day of what I track...

I'll be putting in double time on the elliptical when I get home. And figuring out how to allow my treat & lose weight...

That's a good FYI for all you fall coffee lovers!

Have a fabulous OP Friday -

How can it have calories if it is without anything I'm it?

For those who are pumpkin spice coffee fans, Coffeemate makes some cream that is .5 pts for one serving (1 tbsp). It's not the same, but when comparing, you can get yoru pumpkin fix & not spend the same points as you would spend on a meal!

I feel the same way about donut especially the ones with cake icing in the middle, but I do not deny myself I just do it less often and plan it so I can eat less somehwere else.

OH MAN... I love pumpkin coffee too haha so I feel ya. I'd just track it... at least its not like 10 points a pop or something? Its usually worth it, or maybe alternate pumpkin one day and regular coffee (or some other lower point alternative) the next day?

Ughhh... I LOVE DD PUMPKIN COFFEE!! I knew it wasn't good b/c it tastes sweet so you know the syrup they squirt in there is full of sugar... I think what i'll do is have one after my morning WI on Saturday's... that way I can still enjoy it once a week as a treat.
