Week #2: Random Thought about Peanut Butter

I absolute LOVE green apples & peanut butter. In fact, in my pre-WW days, I could each about 3 whole green apples and 1/2 a jar of peanut butter in one sitting!

Anywhoo, I just checked: JIF Creamy Peanut Butter is FIVE POINTS/serving, and a serving is only 2 lousy tbsps.

Looks like I will be finding a NEW favorite snack... :-P

Points put everything in perspective. I'm always looking for ways to get more food for less points...maybe that's why I'm enjoying snacking on vegetables now.

    I also love my PB !!! I still enjoy it from time to time.

    I'm in the same boat! Every morning I make a shake with frozen fruit and some peanutbutter, but after the first day of tracking it, I decided I could live with out the PB and all those points!! Now, I will have PB as a treat once in a while,
