When I was on Weight Watchers before (old plan) I lost 50 pounds. I have been on the new plan for two weeks now and have gained three pounds. I am sticking to my points, especially durning the week and use my weekly points on the weekends to eat that special something or to drink with my friends and family. I do not go over on my weekly points, so why am I not losing weight.
I do not like the new plan I feel like I am eating all the time and to much food and I have trouble durning the week using all my points, I guess becasue I am use to the old plan.
Can you help me figure out what I am doing wrong, I would really appreciate it.
