Breakfast is really important for me. When I do not eat the right stuff for breakfast, I end up munching all day. For breakfast every day I use about 4-6 pointsplus. I eat refridgerated egg whites! I vary them to avoid boredom, but I'm bored! I eat them with cheese and salsa, with mushrooms and spinach, in a tortilla, on bread as sandwich, etc... There are some days lately I just don't want egg whites. Sometimes, I think I just don't want to cook them. I've tried some cereals, oatmeal, but can't find a good (filling) substitute for my egg whites and one piece of bread.
