Bakers Square European Truffle Pie!

Do you see this beautiful piece of pie? It is a Bakers Square pie of the month for February. European Truffle Pie.

Now, I am not sure what makes it European but it is chocolate cookie crust, thick chocolate mousse, more chocolate cookie crust, chocolate whipped cream, and chocolate shavings.

I used to have this 10 times during February. Now? Once, the weekend before the pie is gone until next year.

That weekend ends today! SOOOOOO, I decided to spend some of my WP on this beauty.

25 points of chocolatey deliciousness.

I am SOOO glad I have extra points to spend on something I want to eat intead of starving myself. Now the rest of the week, I am satisfied.

Have any guilty pleasures, friends? How many points is it?

For today, I wish you delight!

Thank you for sharing this. My husband just brought home a slice of this pie. I am waiting for the kids to go to bed to indulge. I'm glad I have the points for it. I will track every delicious bite.

This is usually the pie of the month for Village Inn during April (as soon as the 15 points per slice Mint Brownie Blast is gone). It is to die for...I just started WW (as in yesterday) and it makes me happy that I have points that I can use for this kind of thing too. I wait all year for it to come around, and I'm thrilled that I can have a slice to last me another year. Nope, I won't be buying a whole pie this year. Hooray WP!

I would love to have a Red Robin gourmet burger and fries - and ice cold micro brew on the side. Total points = 51. I would be toast!

Hi Cheryl, That pie looks so good! I love coconut cream pie and I'm not sure how many points it is? I think between 15-20 and that depends on if it is store bought or I make it? I do love ice cream and get my vanilla cone from Mc Donalds weekly. 4 pts

Oh, my Lord......that pie looks absolutely amazing! You're killing me here, Cheryl! Hope you enjoy yourself (and all of those well-deserved points!). :) Oh, and I'm glad to say that I walked right past the Girl Scout cookies this morning (after giving them my best smile, of course!).

You're so mean to make my mouth water for something like that. No Baker's Square where I live.
