Points Target change

I realized I now have a different points target because I get 1 less point for my age increase.  On these websites...  http://www.livestrong.com/article/87914-calculate-point-allowance-weight-watchers/   and http://www.ehow.com/how_4871046_calculate-many-weight-watchers-points.html       it says if your age range is 27-37 give yourself 3 pts.  Before I was in the 17-26, which gave 4 pts.  So using that website I would have 27 as my daily points target because for being a female I get 2, for being 26 years old I get 4, for weighing 201 I get 20, for my height I get 1, and for not being active I get 0, so that is 27.   But I always just did 26 because on another website it just has weight ranges:

Less than 150 pounds 20
150 - 174 pounds 22
175 - 199 pounds 24
200 - 224 pounds 26
225 - 249 pounds 28
250 - 274 pounds 30
275 - 299 pounds 31
300 - 324 pounds 32
325 - 349 pounds 33
More than 350 pounds

So because I am in this range I was following 26 pts.  I am using an old POINTS calculator so I think I should follow this website instead.   And if I use the website from above I would also be 26 pts daily, even with my age range change.  But when I'm 199, it goes to 24 daily according to the chart but not on the above websites, it would be 25.

So when I get to weighing 199..what should the daily target be?  24?  or 25?  Because with the 1st website it would be 25........with the weight chart it would be 24.......  I am following the old "Points" plan, I think my points finder is from 2005. It says "WeightWatchers TurnAround", but doesnt have "Activity Points".   And I have another points finder from a year ago (right before they started PointsPlus) that has AP on the back.  Both calculators are the same though, from what I can tell.

I think it should be 24, and unless I'm wrong I will prob just do 24 pts.

Here's a link to an online calculator that will give you the new points plus figure that WW is currently using. It seems to be pretty legit. http://gnomes22.tripod.com/dailypptarget.html I put in my info and it came up with the same points plus value. As far as your weekly allowance I'm not sure if it is the same for everyone.

Interesting, that is pretty confusing due to the changes of the years! I know the points system for WW has changed. When you go to you WI meeting talk to them about it. I plan to stick with the current plan as it probably works better with all E-tools and how it is calculated! Let me know if you find out different! -Lindy
