Better with a little butter

No, I am not paid by the dairy board and yes, I do know that butter contains some unhealthy fats.
But I also know that it's okay to eat any food in moderation and that just a touch of butter, seems to make so many foods taste that much better.
One teaspoon of butter has just 1 PointsPlus value and goes a long way in terms of flavor. So sauté some vegetables in it, scramble an egg in it or spread some over a piping hot baked potato.
For those of you who are thinking that I’m a nutritionist gone crazy, please remember that I am talking about a teaspoon of butter every once in a while. After all, when your food tastes better and you’re more satisfied with what you’re eating, it’s easier to stick with a healthy lifestyle long-term.
And there’s nothing crazy about that!
