Tonight for an evening meal I had Gaucho Steak, Yautia, Carrots, Cauliflower (an orange variety), Swiss Chard, Snow Peas, Tomato, and water.

Yautia is a root vegetable from Central America that I got at the market today. I liked its taste. It is pronounced "Yow-tea-ah." I steamed my portion.

As you can see, this meal is abundant in Power Foods, so it filled me up for not many Dailies.

Everything tasted great.

Wow your plate reminds me of Thanksgiving and it shows how much food you can eat and stay on the plan. I have not started yet so this is exciting.

Love seeing those zeroes on a full plate--nice and satisfying. Must try yautia one of these days--I do love veggies.

The dinner looks great! I love carrots when they are not too crisp!
