So cutting what I've been eating to a third or a half is not without pitfalls. About half an hour ago, I got so hungry that it physically hurt. I've got GERD and I know that burning, bubbly sensation isn't something to ignore. Since I rather abruptly joined WW without any prior planning or shopping, I didn't really have anything to eat that didn't rack up points. So, I had a couple of small pieces of smoked, pulled pork my husband made earlier in the week.
Problem solved as my stomach is now chewing on something other than itself.
Problem averted in the future once I stock up on bananas which I think are a much healthier, weight-loss friendly solution than meat.
