Getting It In Any Way I Can

Scrolling through the activities offered I find myself extremely amused! I'll do even the most menial task to earn activity points (i.e., housework & washing the car), but I'd rather obtain them doing something I ENJOY!! So what about sex??

I could take down a forest printing out all of the research information published & all the studies performed about the benefits of sex... It's something my husband do quite regularly & I'd like to get the credit I deserve!! According to Women's Day, the following activities can have slimming effects:
Kissing = 68 calories (per hour)
Making Out = 238 calories (per 1/2 hour)
Undressing = 8+ calories (total)
Massage = 80+ calories (per hour)
Having Sex = 144+ calories (per 1/2 hour)
How can we convert these activities into activity points??

    I don't see why not. At least you can do a quick add and follow the intensity guidelines!

    "Scrubbing the tub!" Wonderful euphemism...and probably pretty accurate points count!

    For now, I tracked it under "scrubbing the tub"...not saying for how many minutes ;0)

    All joking aside, sex should be in the activity list when choosing an activity for points. I mean...."fixing household appliances" and "scrubbing the tub" ?! Those make it to the list? Come ON!

    Go to add to tracker... Calculator... Activity... Duration of activity and intensity... It does the points for you!

    Glad I stumbled across this as I was just trying to figure out how many activity points to count for sexual activities. Did you figure out what to use for the activity points? I was thinking walking-moderate or aerobics-moderate..

    I'm glad someone posted this! I calculate as if I'm going to the gym and I have to count points. Example (for me): 30 minutes of "fun": high impact, 6 points; medium impact 3 points, low impact 2 points. I think this would work for now! I hope this was helpful!

    I'm so glad this question was asked. This is what I am planning to do. I was amazed when my hubby scrolled down the activity list & added up almost all of our favorite positions listed. I but it WORKS for us! He isn't interested eating the foods but MORE than willing to KEEP up my activity chart. For our 25+ years, 4 children and 3.5 grand; this new and exciting benefit. Very, very happy!!!

    The Sex Diet... don't reach for a plate, reach for your mate! Back on WW after quite a while and am a little surprised this still hasn't been recognized as an official activity for weight loss. Seriously, if you don't get your heart rate up higher and burn more calories while making love with your husband than you do while doing laundry, either you're doing something wrong in the bedroom or your laundry adventures must be a heck of a lot much more challenging than mine.
