Introducing… Weight Watchers 360°!

Written by ww.comproductteam on 12/1/2012 5:16 AM | COMMENTS (20)

We are delighted to introduce to you our new program, Weight Watchers 360°. We understand that nobody’s perfect, we’re only human – which is why we designed the new program with human nature in mind. Weight Watchers 360° is built on our proven PointsPlus® plan and brings you new ways to help you stick to our weight-loss plan! We’ve created some great new tools and resources to support Weight Watchers 360°, and help you fight off the crazy, food temptations that the world throws at you each day.

We’ve made some exciting new changes to the subscriber tools to support the new program -

To start, make sure you head to your homepage where you’ll meet three essentials of the Weight Watchers 360° program — Tracking, Spaces, and Routines.

Tracking
You already know what this is—and you know that the weeks you track consistently tend to be great weeks. So keep doing it!

Spaces
Some places you can control — your home, your workplace, your car. Others, not so much. We’ve created a Spaces tool that gives you action plans for all kinds of challenges wherever you are. Browse through them and “Favorite” the tips you find most helpful so you can come back to them any time.

Routines
Yes, it’s actually possible to make the easy choice the smartest choice, with just a little practice. We’ve identified small, but really healthy habits to choose from — we call them Routines — that’ll help take some of the guesswork out of making the right choice. Head to the Routines Tool to select up to three. Check them off daily and you’ll get encouragement along the way.

Have the WW Mobile app?
We're putting the finishing touches on the new app with Spaces and Routines to make sure it works perfectly for you - keep an eye out for an update coming soon on iPhone, iPad and Android phones.

Check out the My Plan tab for Weight Watchers Online subscribers or the My Tools tab for eTools subscribers for more info. You’ll also find learning tools like Cheat Sheets, shopping lists and meals plans that can help make following the program easier.

Meetings Members, head to a meeting on or after December 2nd to get the full details from your leader.

My leader told us today about the snap and track and new features on the app but I don't have any of that. I even reinstalled the app and still no update. Is it because she had an iphone and I have an android? I am confused.

Is the site able to convert my food tracking input into points and whether it is a power food without my doing it?

I like the new layout, my only question is would it be possible for in the spaces area that daily tips pop up and you can choose if they help or not, instead of having to click into it. and that in the routines area there are more added all the time, or the ability to create your own?

Hope the mobile app update brings back the community access. I want to be able to interact with my friends again. And hope it will have a place to keep track of my challenges!!

Hang in there. This is a very fluid process. WW is flexible and it works. There is lots of room for individual creativity.

One week in, WW360 feels lilke it constrains members to "best practice" funnels, instead of affirming our OWN ideas and creativity - we learn primarily from what bubbles up in our meeting, not from what WWCorp presents in the flipcharts or on the screen. It will take a really dynamic leader to encourage a member volunteer something she know works, if it's not part of the "theme" or "routine" for that month????

The new Web layout is self-defeating and not affirming at all: "Did you Track today??" "Did you do your routines today???" NannyGate!

I have lost all my saved recipes on my phone app and I can't save any new ones. When I go online, I can find my favorite recipes, but when I click on them, the program takes me to building my own recipe. What is going on?

What, you currently have an app for the Windows Phone, and you're not saying there will be an update for that. Speaking of, I have to go to WW on the Web on my Windows Phone if I want to track. Going from the Points Calculator App doesn't give me the right set up. It's teeny, tiny.

I believe this is the best change to the Weight Watchers program that has ever been made. The focus on being aware of what you put in your mouth and establishing good habits and routines is what it is all about. In order to be successful, that is what you have to do. I am very excited about all the tools and information that is provided on the website. Great job Weight Watchers!

I'm really excited about the update to the program. I love the thought of getting help managing and being aware of all the aspects of our lives that cause us to struggle. I'm excited and I enjoyed listening to Dave. Can't wait to go to my first new meeting

360 in my mind means a circle, Who wants to go around in a complete circle to be rught back where they started. A 180 would be a better metaphor.
