Sunday was my official re-start date. I have now made it five full days. Tracked everything. Planned meals. Picked up activity level.
I am really excited because I have really had a difficult time making past day 2. I keep starting over.
I have managed to avoid 3pm Snickers and/or Peanut M&M's.
Also, that "oh my gosh, I need to crunch on something salty" mode that I would stay in.
I know that these are allowed, but until I restructure my habits, I do not want to include these items.
End of the month stress, at work, is usually a trigger. [of course, so is eating, just to eat]. My husband and I go out almost daily. Enjoy sports, beer and whatever we want to eat. That is how I put 23 lbs back on. No fast food, slow food, bar food or beverages [beer and wine]. Trying this one day at a time and Im surviving!
