Crunch's Weekly Workout: Squatting, Pulling, Snatching

Got a couple of weeks with Crunch's latest workout, which seems to be keeping me well rounded and not focusing too much on one area. The first of these exercises isn't my favorite, but I do it because...its easier to eat bad food and sit on the couch and weigh 400 pounds.

But I don't really want to go back there...ever.

Weekly Workout Routine
(I decided to attach video links to show you what each of these exercises looks like. Wasn't that thoughtful of me?)

* Zercher Squats (4x): 135lbs, 10 reps

* Superset #1 (4x)
-- Alternating Chest Press, 45lbs, 12 reps
-- TRX Squat Pulls, 15 reps

* Superset #2 (3x)
-- Seated Pulldowns, 120lbs, 10x
-- Cable Pullovers, 60lbs, 10x

* Kettlebell Snatches (4x): 16kg (35ish lbs), 8x per arm
